Live Classes & Recordings
Live classes will be conducted based on the availability and discretion of the respective instructors. All enrolled students will receive access to class recordings, which will remain available for the duration of their course access period.
Course Evaluation Before Enrollment
Before purchasing any course or subject, students are encouraged to attend a free introductory session to assess the teaching style and course structure. Prospective students may also contact our team directly for additional information and guidance regarding course selection.
Refund Policy
All course purchases are final and non-refundable. Upon successful enrollment, students are granted immediate access to course recordings, study materials, notes, and other educational resources. As access to these materials is provided instantly, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.
Course Access Period
Access to each purchased subject or course shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of enrollment. After the expiration of the access period, reactivation may be requested and will be subject to an administrative reactivation fee of CAD $100.

All study materials, lecture recordings, notes, presentations, login credentials, online content, and educational resources provided by Paralegal Exam Prep are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Paralegal Exam Prep. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, recording, publication, or transfer of any course content, login access, or materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, financial penalties, and other remedies available under applicable law.
